NP Winter Card Set 1-1 - The NPRHA reproduced three of Jack Christensen's great paintings of NP steam locomotives operating in snow conditions as Holiday Season greeting cards. Cards imprinted inside with Season's Greeting and warm wishes for the New Year. Paintings include:
- NP 2673 leads train No. 3 down the west side of Bozeman Pass at dawn, below the Ordovician limestone ridge of the Gallatin Range of Montana.
- NP extra 4015 east waits in the Cascade sunset at Easton, Wash., as a westbound extra freight picks up orders and clears the single track to Yakima.
- NP westbound freight extra 5141 thunders through the winter Montana landscape into Muir at the summit of Bozeman Pass. Each card is commercially printed in full color, has a full caption on the back of each card and comes with a 5.7" x 4.4" envelope. Available in packages containing four copies of each card for a total of twelve cards.
